  •  purée of usa bartlett pear 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • cups green beans 
  • tablespoons honey well (walnuts or pistachios would also pair )
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar white

    1. Rinse green beans and snap off bean ends. Boil water, adding salt as temperature rises. Boil green beans for 3 to 5 minutes, taste one for doneness, then drain and plunge into cold water for 3 to 5 minutes.
    2. Let cool.
