  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 1.3 pounds chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • slices pancetta fully cooked thin
  • ounce mozzarella cheese shredded
  •  basil fresh

  1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in oil 6 minutes.
  2. Turn chicken; brush with mustard and top with prosciutto. Cook 6 to 8 minutes
