  • Tbsp balsamic vinegar 
  • serving chicken breast organic (because it's healthy!)
  • oz cheese 
  • Tbsp olive oil 
  • serving tomatoes 

Equipment

  • kitchen thermometer

Directions

  1. Place into the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Cover with mozzarella cheese and place back into the oven for 10 additional minutes. Use a thermometer make sure the internal temp is 160 for the chicken to be fully cooked.
