  • cup buttermilk whole
  • cups mayonnaise (such as Duke's)
  •  shallots sliced
  • cups cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Process first 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl, and whisk in mayonnaise, sour cream, and table salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Serve dressing immediately, or cover and chill up to 3 days.
