  •  eggs beaten
  • lb ground beef 
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup quick-cooking oats

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.
  3. Shape into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until cooked through (160F).
  5. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
