  • teaspoon rosemary fresh minced
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic; saut 1 minute or until lightly browned.
  3. Place garlic mixture, lemon juice, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
  4. Serve with toasted pita wedges or carrot sticks.
