  •  hardboiled egg sliced
  • tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • ounce potatoes mashed flavored idahoan® baby reds®
  •  radishes thinly sliced
  • tablespoons onion red finely chopped
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoon mustard stone ground
  • teaspoon mustard yellow

  1. Prepare Idahoan Baby Reds following package instructions.
  2. Stir in pickles, radishes, hard-boiled egg, celery and red onion.
  3. Combine mayo and mustards in a separate bowl and mix into mashed potato mixture.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and celery seed if using.
