  • cups broccoli flowerets fresh
  • 10.8 ounce campbell's® condensed tomato soup 25% canned (Regular or Less Sodium)
  • cups rice hot cooked
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • pound beef top round steak boneless
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • tablespoon vinegar

Directions

  1. Slice beef into very thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
  4. Add soup, soy, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
  7. Serve over rice.
