2 lb beef sirloin steak cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
4 cups rice long-grain white hot cooked
1 Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
1 green onion chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 pasilla peppers red cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
2 Tbsp water
1.3 oz pkt. a.1. original marinade mix
1.3 oz pkt. a.1. original marinade mix

Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended; pour over meat in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat. Thread meat and peppers alternately onto 8 skewers. Grill 5 to 7 min. or until meat is done and peppers are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
