  • 0.3 teaspoon five spice powder chinese
  • teaspoons sriracha 
  • cup cilantro leaves fresh divided
  • tablespoon ginger fresh minced peeled
  • 12 ounces mushroom caps fresh stemmed sliced
  • bunch spring onion divided sliced
  • tablespoons hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoon sesame oil 
  • ounces snow peas 
  • pound beef top sirloin steaks cut into 2-inch-long, 1/4-inch-thick slices

Directions

  1. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Heatoil in large nonstick skillet over medium-highheat.
  3. Add ginger and mushrooms;stir-fry until mushrooms are tender, about3 minutes.
  4. Add beef to skillet; stir-fry untilbeef browns but is still pink in center,about 1 minute.
  5. Add snow peas, half ofgreen onions, and half of cilantro; stir-fry1 minute. Stir in hoisin, chili-garlic sauce,and five-spice powder; sauté until peas arecrisp-tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Season withsalt and pepper.
  6. Transfer to bowl.
  7. Sprinklewith remaining green onions and cilantro.
