  • pound beef tenderloin trimmed
  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper black
  • tablespoons horseradish prepared
  • 0.1 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.8 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.7 cup cup heavy whipping cream light sour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
