  • 16 ounce beef tenderloin steaks trimmed (1/)
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoon bottled garlic minced
  • tablespoons parsley fresh minced
  • 0.5 cup beef broth 
  • cup mushrooms 
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cream fat-free sour

Directions

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle steaks with pepper and salt.
