  •  bay leaves 
  • pounds beef chuck boneless cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1.6 ounce brown gravy mix 
  • 10.5 ounce beef broth canned
  • servings egg noodles hot cooked
  • pound mushrooms fresh halved
  • medium onion sliced
  • servings parsley fresh chopped
  • cup red wine 
  • tablespoons tomato paste

Directions

  2. Whisk together gravy mix and next 3 ingredients; pour evenly over beef and vegetables.
  3. Add bay leaf.
  4. Cover and cook on HIGH 6 hours.
  5. Remove and discard bay leaf.
  6. Serve over noodles.
  7. Garnish, if desired.
