  • tablespoon ancho chili pepper 
  • 0.8 cup beer 
  • oz chilis green chopped canned
  • 10 oz enchilada sauce green red canned
  • 0.5 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  •  lime wedges 
  • cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cups chicken shredded cooked
  • 0.5 cup cream sour
  •  taco shells (from 4.6-oz box)
  • tablespoons vegetable oil
