  • small beets whole canned drained ()
  • tablespoon feta crumbled
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.8 cup microgreens mixed ( baby salad greens)
  • tablespoon olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

Directions
