  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • serving ice cubes 
  • ounces irish whiskey 
  • 0.5 ounce simple syrup glaze 
  • serving star anise for garnish
  • 0.3 cup water

    2. For the Cocktail: Fill a tumbler halfway with ice.
