  • 11 cups bunchs of kale with greens attached) coarsely chopped
  • tablespoons feta cheese crumbled
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon oregano dried crushed
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Rinse beet greens; drain well.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beet greens; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until greens wilt. Reduce heat to low; add oregano and pepper.
  4. Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove beet greens from heat; add lemon juice, and stir gently.
  6. Sprinkle each serving with feta cheese.
