Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup blackberries 
  • 1.3 cups blueberries 
  • stick cinnamon (3-inch)
  • 0.3 cup crème de cassis black currant-flavored ( liqueur)
  • 1.5 cups raspberries 
  • 1.5 cups strawberries sliced
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • cup water 
  • cups beaujolais dry red fruity
  • cups beaujolais dry red fruity

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat; strain through a colander into a bowl; discard solids. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Add berries to wine mixture. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
  4. Serve berry mixture in a wineglass.
  5. Garnish with mint, if desired.
