Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup minute tapioca 
  • cups poached berries mixed divided sliced (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries)
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • cup water 
  • 0.5 cup cool whip whipped topping thawed

Equipment

  • plastic wrap
  • potato masher

Directions

  1. Crush 2 cups of the berries in medium saucepan with fork or potato masher.
  2. Add remaining 2 cups whole berries, the sugar and tapioca; mix well. Stir in water.
  3. Let stand 5 min.
  4. Bring to full boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour into serving bowl. Cool slightly; cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours or until thickened. Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
  7. Serve topped with the whipped topping.
