  • 0.5 teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 16.8 ounce blackberries fresh
  • 18 ounce blueberries fresh
  • tablespoons butter chilled cut into small pieces
  • tablespoons cornstarch 
  • 2.5 tablespoons cornstarch 
  • tablespoon egg whites 
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.7 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.5 cup half and half 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • medium peaches peeled sliced
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • cups whipped cream fat-free

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. To prepare filling, combine blueberries, blackberries, and peaches in a 13 x 9inch baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle 2/3 cup granulated sugar, 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch, juice, and 1/8 teaspoon salt over fruit; toss gently to combine.
  4. To prepare topping, weigh or lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  5. Combine flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, baking powder, and 1/8 teaspoon salt, stirring well.
