Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups berries such as blackberries assorted
  • 0.3 cup crème de cassis 
  • teaspoons juice of lemon fresh to taste
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • cup water 
  • 750 ml rosé wine dry chilled

  2. Pour syrup into heatproof pitcher and let stand 5 minutes.
