  • cup mayonnaise 
  • cup parmesan cheese grated
  • cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
  2. In a shallow baking dish combine the artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and mayonnaise.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds if desired.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.
