  • tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  •  potatoes quartered
  • servings salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  4. Drain, and cool.

  7. Place on the prepared grill, and cook until potatoes are tender and mayonnaise mixture is lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
