  • 14.8 oz corn cream-style undrained canned
  • 14.5 oz tomatoes diced with roasted garlic and onion, undrained canned
  • teaspoon chili powder 
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic minced (from 4.5-oz jar)
  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • 0.7 cup milk 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • tablespoons pimiento stuffed olives green sliced
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2.3 cups frangelico 
  • 2.3 cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F. In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and olives until soft dough forms.
  2. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in tomatoes, corn and chili powder.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Pour in ungreased 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Drop biscuit dough by tablespoonfuls over mixture.
  5. Bake 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over biscuits; bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until biscuits are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
