Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup cornmeal 
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh thinly sliced
  • 0.7 cup milk 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan shredded
  • 10 oz basil pesto prepared
  •  plum tomatoes thinly sliced (Roma)
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2.3 cups baking mix original bisquick®

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, 1/4 cup cornmeal, and milk until soft dough forms.
  3. Turn dough out onto prepared pan. Press out dough into 13x9-inch rectangle, using additional cornmeal as needed. Pierce dough at 1-inch intervals with a fork.
  4. Bake 8 minutes, or until just beginning to brown.
  5. Spread pesto over crust. Top with tomato and cheeses.
  6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  7. Sprinkle basil and olive oil over top.
  8. Cut into 2 rows by 4 rows.
