- 15 oz black beans drained and rinsed canned
- 4 cups meat from 1 rotisserie chicken shredded skinless
- 8.8 oz whole-kernel corn drained canned
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoons juice of lemon
- 8 cups greens mixed
- 0.3 cup olive oil extra-virgin
- 0.1 teaspoon salt
- 0.3 cup scallions light white green thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar white
