  • 1.5 teaspoons curry powder 
  • clove garlic roughly chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • tablespoons nonfat yogurt plain
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoons water
