  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 11 ounce mandarin oranges undrained canned
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  •  commercially roasted pepper sweet red sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt
