Ingredients

  • 0.5  avocado diced pitted
  • 1.3 cups black beans drained and rinsed low-sodium
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • cup carrots shredded
  • ounces grilled chicken breast sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon chili flakes 
  • teaspoon chili powder 
  • 1.3 cups brown rice cooked
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin 
  • servings hot sauce for serving, optional
  • 0.5 cup roma tomato seeded chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 10-inch wraps whole-wheat ()

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl and toss.
  2. Place one wrap on a clean work surface. Spoon 1/3 cup rice onto bottom of wrap.
  3. Add 1/3 cup bean mixture, 2 ounces chicken, and 1/4 cup shredded carrot, then top with 1 tablespoon avocado and 2 tablespoons tomato.
  4. Seal wrap, slice in half, and serve immediately with hot sauce on the side, if desired.
