  • cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • cups lettuce thinly sliced
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • teaspoon lime zest grated
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • cup onion diced red finely
  • 1.5 cups roasted chopped ( 2 breasts)
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • 0.3 cup tomatoes seeded chopped
  • cup tomatoes chopped
