  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed
  • cloves garlic minced
  • tsp garlic powder 
  •  green onions sliced
  • tsp ground pepper red divided (cayenne)
  • tsp gumbo filã© powder 
  • tsp lemon pepper seasoning 
  • tsp parsley flakes divided
  • 0.5 cup portabello mushrooms sliced
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded kraft finely
  • lb shrimp deveined uncooked peeled
  • fillet tilapia 
  • 0.5 cup whipping cream 
  • tsp cajun gumbo mix divided
  • tsp cajun gumbo mix divided

Directions

  1. Combine lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, gumbo fil powder, and 1 tsp. each blackened seasoning, Cajun gumbo mix and ground red pepper.
  2. Rub seasoning mixture onto both sides of fish fillets.
  3. Melt 1/2 cup butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add tilapia to skillet; cook 3 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Keep warm on low heat.
  5. Meanwhile, melt remaining butter in second large skillet on medium-high heat.
  6. Add cream cheese, mushrooms, soup, cream, onions and garlic; cook and stir gently 6 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is blended.
  7. Add 1 tsp. parsley and remaining blackened seasoning, Cajun gumbo mix and ground red pepper to cream cheese sauce; mix well.
  8. Add shrimp; cook and stir 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
  9. Add mozzarella; cook and stir until mozzarella is melted and sauce is blended.
  10. Place tilapia on serving platter; top with cream cheese sauce.
  11. Garnish with remaining parsley.
