  • slices oscar mayer bacon crumbled cooked
  • cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • Tbsp heinz distilled vinegar white
  • 0.3 cup chives fresh chopped
  • 0.8 cup real mayo mayonnaise kraft
  • lb new potatoes red quartered
  • cups romaine lettuce loosely packed coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in 2-qt. microwaveable casserole.
  2. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 8 min. or just until potatoes are tender; stir.
  3. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
  4. Drain potatoes; rinse with cold water.
  5. Drain again.
  6. Mix mayo, chives and vinegar in large bowl until blended.
  7. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
