Ingredients

  •  bacon diced
  • cups the salad 
  • medium tomatoes chopped
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise 
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • teaspoons apple cider vinegar 
  • serving salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup croutons

Directions

  1. In a skillet or microwave, cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain on paper towels. In a salad bowl, combine the greens, tomato and cheese. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
