Crumble 4 ounces of your favorite blue cheese and mix it with 0.3 cups of garlic-infused olive oil, 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt (fat-free is ideal here), and a touch of Worcestershire sauce. Season with Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, and if the mixture is too thick, add a little water until you reach your desired consistency. Refrigerate the dressing for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

For the salad base, slice 4 large heirloom tomatoes 1/2-inch thick, showcasing the beautiful colors of each tomato. Arrange the slices on serving plates and season them with a little Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Then, top with the creamy blue cheese dressing and enjoy this delightful dish!
