Ingredients

  • tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
  • ounces cheese blue crumbled
  • pound cabbage shredded finely
  • 0.8 teaspoon celery seeds 
  • 0.1 teaspoon mustard dry
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoons onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour
  • tablespoon sugar

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl; gradually add sour cream, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  2. Combine cabbage and cheese; chill 1 hour.
  3. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture; toss gently.
  4. Serve immediately.
