  • oz cheese blue crumbled
  • servings garnishes: cheese blue crumbled chopped
  • sticks serve with: fried chicken breast tenders hot
  • 0.5 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves fresh loosely packed
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper 
  • teaspoon hot sauce 
  • teaspoon lemon zest 
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise reduced-fat
  • 0.3 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour reduced-fat
  • tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar

Directions

  1. Pulse first 10 ingredients in a food processor 4 times or just until blended.
  2. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl, and gently stir in blue cheese. If desired, stir in 1 to 2 Tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. at a time, for desired consistency. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.
  3. Garnish, if desired.
  4. Serve with chicken tenders, celery sticks, radishes, and hot wing sauce. Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 7 days.
