  • tablespoon capers to taste
  • teaspoon mustard dry
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • small onion red chopped
  • tablespoon red wine vinegar

    Directions

    1. Crumble blue cheese onto a serving plate.
    2. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, wine vinegar, garlic, mustard powder and black pepper.
    3. Drizzle over the cheese.
    4. Sprinkle red onion and capers over the top.
    5. Serve right away, or chill up to a full day before serving.
