Ingredients

  • Tbsp balsamic reduction with gia russa)
  • tablespoons cream cheese tub-style softened
  • teaspoons rosemary leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoons thyme sprigs fresh chopped
  • oz cheese blue
  • oz potato chips salted with kettle brand)
  • cup walnut pieces toasted chopped
  • 0.3 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Combine cheeses and whipping cream in a small bowl, stirring well.
  2. Spread whole potato chips in a double layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Dollop cheese onto potato chips.
  3. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  4. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes or until heated.
  5. Remove from oven, and carefully slide chips and parchment paper onto a wooden board.
  6. Sprinkle with herbs; drizzle with desired amount of balsamic glaze.
  7. Serve immediately.
