Ingredients

  • cups blueberries fresh
  • tablespoons chipotle chiles in adobo sauce canned chopped ( 2 chiles)
  • cup apples i use 2 granny smith apples finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • tablespoon mustard seeds 
  • tablespoons orange rind grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup citrus champagne vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 25 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently. Cool; pour into airtight containers.
  2. Note: Refrigerate Blueberry-Chipotle Chutney in airtight containers up to two months.
