  • 0.3 teaspoon baking soda 
  • cups blueberries fresh
  • tablespoons butter chilled cut into small pieces
  • tablespoons cornstarch 
  • 1.3 cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon lemon zest grated
  • tablespoons milk 2% reduced-fat
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cup cream fat-free sour
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. To prepare filling, combine first 4 ingredients in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
  3. To prepare topping, lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
  4. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients (flour through baking soda) in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk.
