  • cups powdered sugar 
  • 16 ounce cream cheese 
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • cup milk 
  • cup pecans chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 2.6 ounce non-dairy whipped topping

Directions
