Directions

  1. Combine sugar, water, and lemon juice in a heavy saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; cook 8 minutes.
  2. Add 1 cup blueberries, and boil 5 minutes. Cool mixture slightly.
  3. Add remaining blueberries, stirring well.
  4. Serve sauce warm over pancakes or waffles.
