  • 0.3 cup blueberries fresh
  •  eggs 
  • 0.3 cup granulated sugar 
  • tablespoons milk 
  • 0.3 cup vanilla extract white
  • 0.3 teaspoon vanilla 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • servings whipped cream fresh
  • 0.3 cup frangelico 
  • 0.3 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, beat Bisquick mix, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and egg until just a few small lumps remain. Divide batter evenly into 2 ungreased mugs.
  2. Top each mug with blueberries and chips (do not stir).
  3. Microwave both mugs at the same time uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until cakes are done and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. Cool slightly; top with whipped cream and more blueberries just before serving, if desired.
