Ingredients

  •  bok choy shredded
  • 0.3 cup cider vinegar 
  •  green onions chopped
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • ounce ramen noodle soup mix 
  • tablespoons slivered almonds chopped
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. Remove flavor packets from soup mix; reserve for another use. Crumble noodles.
  2. Combine noodles, sunflower seeds, and almonds.
  3. Spread on a 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown; set aside.
  5. Bring sugar and next 3 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Remove from heat; cool.
  7. Place bok choy and green onions in a large bowl.
  8. Drizzle with sugar mixture.
  9. Add ramen noodle mixture, tossing well.
  10. Serve immediately.
