  • pounds mushrooms fresh assorted
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoon thyme leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt
