This recipe is a delicious twist on the classic steak sandwich, with the addition of bourbon and beef broth creating a rich and savory sauce that takes the flavors to the next level. The key to this dish is the quality of the ingredients - a juicy skirt steak, fresh red onion, and ripe cherry tomatoes all come together to create a mouthwatering combination.

The cooking process is simple yet effective. By searing the steak and cooking the onions and tomatoes in the same pan, you build layers of flavor that infuse into every bite. The bourbon adds a subtle depth and a hint of smokiness, while the beef broth creates a rich sauce that ties everything together. The potato rolls provide the perfect base, soft and slightly sweet, to hold the steak and toppings.

This recipe is not only delicious but also quick to prepare, making it an excellent choice for a weeknight dinner or a casual get-together with friends. With its balanced blend of protein, fat, and carbs, this sandwich will satisfy your hunger and leave you feeling content. So, fire up your skillet and get ready to enjoy a sandwich that's packed with flavor and sure to become a new favorite.
