  • 1.3 pounds bell pepper strips red
  • 1.3 pounds bell pepper strips yellow
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoon basil fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 2.5 cups onion vertically sliced
  • tablespoon red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons tomato paste 
  • cups water
