  • kg chicken - into pieces whole chopped
  • cloves garlic 
  • Tbs soya sauce light
  • Tbs miso paste 
  • 35 shrimps dried minced rinsed
  • tsp sugar 
  • 2.5 cups water 
  • 400 baby yam - remove yam skin. half then soak in water till later use
