  • pound bacon chopped
  • 0.8 cup chicken stock see 
  • cloves garlic peeled sliced
  • 0.3 cup golden raisins 
  • bunches mustard greens chopped
  • servings salt and pepper black freshly ground

Directions

  1. Watch how to make this recipe.
  2. On medium heat, saute garlic and bacon in a large saute pan.
  3. While bacon is cooking boil water in a large pot. Blanch mustard greens in boiling water until bright green.
  4. Drain greens.
  5. In a saute pan with the bacon, add greens and garlic. Stir together.
  6. Add chicken stock and raisins.
  7. Mix well together.
  8. Add salt and pepper, for taste, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
