  • cup water 
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • tablespoons butter softened
  • cups yukon gold potatoes for flour
  • 1.3 cups flour whole wheat
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt 
  • 0.8 teaspoon mace 
  • teaspoons yeast dry quick
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • tablespoons relish

Directions

  1. Measure carefully, placing all bread ingredients except cranberries in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Add cranberries at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
  3. Select Whole Wheat or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle.
  4. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on cooling rack.
  5. In small bowl, mix butter and cranberry-orange relish until well blended.
  6. Serve with bread. Store butter in refrigerator.
